A research-oriented exploration into generating genuinely random numbers through quantum measurement on IBM Quantum hardware, then benchmarking the output against classical pseudorandom generators.

Problem: Most software random sources are deterministic under the hood.

Focus: Sampling, measurement, reproducibility, and statistical comparison.

Learning: How quantum systems can be used as a source of uncertainty and how to evaluate outputs carefully.
